-Tongs                      -Medium Saucepan

-Whisk             -Serving bowls, platters, and utensils

You may require larger-sized equipment depending on your number of guests.

A few notes before you begin...

Place all items in the refrigerator if not being enjoyed immediately.

We recommend preparing your menu on the evening that you pick up, but your items will keep in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Please leave the dessert out in its individual container.

One hour prior to your meal, remove all ingredients from refrigeration and allow to come to room temperature. We recommend reheating your meal using a stove and oven but a microwave is also suitable.

Preheat your oven to 350F and gather your cooking equipment. If using a microwave, all courses may be reheated on high for 2 minutes. Be sure to remove lids from the jars and transfer the cassoulet to a microwave-safe dish.

We suggest that you enjoy the Potato & Cauliflower Velouté and Tagliatelle with Bleu Belle Farm Vegetables & Pesto side by side, then the Seafood Cassoulet, and finally dessert.

Potato & Cauliflower Velouté

We suggest that you enjoy the velouté cold. Stir the contents of the jar before pouring to serve in bowls.
If you wish to warm it, add it to a small pot over medium heat and cook for 7-10 minutes or until hot, whisking frequently. Keep warm and covered until ready to eat.

Tagliatelle & Bleu Belle Farm Vegetables Pesto

To a medium saucepan over medium heat, add tagliatelle, vegetables pesto, and 3 tablespoons of filtered water.* Gently toss with tongs to combine and continue until heated through.

Present in a serving bowl with tongs.

*This amount of liquid is appropriate for 2 guests and may require more for larger orders.

Seafood Cassoulet & Bleu Belle Farm Vegetables

Pour beans and sauce over the seafood and vegetables in an oven safe pan. Warm in the oven for 7-10 minutes or until heated through. Serve in a deep platter or bowl.

Dessert by Juan Contreras

Present and enjoy your dessert at room temperature.

Bon appétit et à bientôt!

We hope that we were able to bring some joy from our home into yours this holiday!
