WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Atelier Crenn reservations are final and non-refundable. However, the booking is completely transferable.


HOW CAN I APPLY A GIFT CARD TO THE PURCHASE OF A RESERVATION?
If you have a gift card that you would like to redeem, please contact Atelier Crenn to create a reservation. You may reach us at info@ateliercrenn.com.


HOW LONG IS THE EXPERIENCE ESTIMATED TO LAST?
Your experience should last 2-3 hours.


WHAT IS YOUR DRESS CODE?
Our suggested dress code is casual-elegant, jacket not required. We do, however, encourage dressing up for this special night.

WHAT IS YOUR PARKING SITUATION?
In addition to street parking, we recommend Lombard Street Garage, located at 2055 Lombard Street. The garage is attended and credit cards are accepted. Ride-hailing services are also a great alternative for those who prefer not to drive. We do not offer a valet service.


WHAT IS THE SERVICE CHARGE & SF MANDATE SURCHARGE?
A 20% service charge payable to Atelier Crenn will be included in your bill and will be used by Atelier Crenn to contribute to equitable wages and benefits across the entire staff. A 2% surcharge will be added to your bill to support the SF Health Care Mandate.


DO YOU HAVE A CORKAGE POLICY?
Yes, we allow up to two 750ml bottles per table for $125 per bottle. We respectfully ask that wine brought in is not currently featured on our wine list. If you have a selection in mind, please email info@ateliercrenn.com to confirm with our team as to whether or not the chosen bottle is eligible for corkage at Atelier Crenn.
