Our Farm

Chef Dominique Crenn's Bleu Belle Farm is place of quiet escape and consistent bounty.  The menus of Atelier Crenn and Bar Crenn are inspired by the beautiful produce grown at this Sonoma location.  The beauty and quality of each fruit, vegetable, herb, or flower are second only to the important role they play in Chef Dominique's vision of sustainability.  

Our farm team uses regenerative agriculture practices to rebuild the organic matter in the earth as well as restore its biodiversity. There are a number of initiatives we have successfully incorporated into the farm including participation in California's native plant program and a detailed compost program that begins at our restaurants. 

Bleu Belle Farm is a small way of giving back to nature what it has given to us.  In creating her very own farm, Dominique Crenn furthers her advocacy for the planet and her commitment to the freshest and most seasonable dishes that are reminiscent of her childhood in France and her love of all things California.
